First Series

About the Series:
For the very first time, in her 35 year career, Marilyn Radzat is offering a series of classes in which you will learn the techniques that she has developed for creating her artwork.

She has designed these classes so that you can sign up for a single class, or take the entire series of classes, enjoying then a savings which offers the first class at no charge.

Each class is designed to introduce you to different techniques and lead you in the creating of a charming piece of artwork.

Each project develops and builds your skills for the next and the final piece of artwork.

The series of 5 classes culminates with the creation of one of Marilyn's most collected pieces: "The Tree....the Secret Within" for which collectors have paid over $3000.

**If you decide not to take the entire 5 class series, the tree class, itself, requires taking at least two prerequisite classes .

Class One: Ladybug

This first class introduces the medium of Apoxie Sculpt, mosaic glass, on a small egg gourd. "

	Class Two: Faerie Bower $125.00


	Create an enchanted, magical home for a little faerie. Reminiscent of a Faberge egg, embellished with mosaic shards, pearls and Swarovski crystal rhinestones, the 'Faerie Bower' is a treasure that you will enjoy for years to come, and you will be able to say "I created it, myself!

		**This is not a sculpting class. What you decide to put "within" will be up to you.... however, Marilyn will be happy to help you with suggestions and direction.....you can sculpt your own fae, place a crystal or special piece of jewelry in the "within"

	Class Three: “Carnelvale" The Sphinx $150.00


	A Mystical, Magical Flight of Fancy. Her wings open to a reveal an inner secret place, surrounded with mirrors and containing a velvet pillow to place treasures upon. She is a jewelry box....a treasure chest....a Venetian Dream. A Mystical, Magical Flight of Fancy. "The Sphinx"introduces the addition of sculpting on to the gourd, metal hinges for opening wings, and mosaic/apoxie clay work on a larger pie

	Class Four: Dragon $200.00

		Learn to create a lyrical form using more than one gourd, and a mosaic layout to carry on the lyrical design . ( This class is a prerequisite for tree piece )

	This piece of artwork incorporates all techinques from the previous classes: mosaic glass shard work, lyrical shape, attaching gourds together, creating an interior scene, and working with apoxie sculpt. Additional instruction on making tree limbs and foliage
